Hand Tufted One of a Kind "Oyster" Graphite & Red Area Rug by Maki Rugs

Handmade by artist Taylor Maki in her studio in Montreal, the design is free hand drawn and one of a kind. Made with acrylic yarn, with a polyester felt backing for a little cushioning.

The rug is light weight and would be a great wall hanging piece as well. Using a vacuum that has rotating bristles on this rug is not recommended as it will kick up the fibres and cause shedding. Vacuuming it with the hose attachment only, or shaking it outside is recommended. If a thread of yarn comes loose it’s to be snipped with scissors, not pulled.
