*Good condition. Minor fading and minor piling on the fabric. Front button on the fireside chair has a small rip & stain (see photos). One of the corners is missing the Arconas tag. Other corner had a rip underneath that was fixed (not visible unless you lift it up). The whole set got professionally cleaned using only non-chemical, organic products. Overall condition 7.5-8/10. Priced accordingly.
